Understanding the customer journey and creating a digital and media strategy to engage audiences.
Working with the digital recruitment service start-up, SomeoneWho, we helped them articulate their mission by identifying the different customer journeys for both job hunters and employers to create the narratives that would capture their interests.
From this we produced a clear digital and media strategy, as well as a PR campaign to introduce the new service to the market-place.
The resulting campaign generated 27 articles in key targeted media generating 75.9K views and 537 social shares.
