Maximising the profile of the world’s largest online student community
The Student Room is a student membership forum, providing advice and discussion for 16-24 year olds, on topics ranging from exam preparation to sexual health.
Over the past two years we have publicised their annual Options Report and the launch of new products and services, including the UniMatch search tool.
Using internal data and case studies, we have developed story narratives ranging from the extremes of student debt, the Brexit blow to student confidence, and the dangers of study drugs.
We also develop annual A-Level and GCSE Results Day support and advice campaigns, alongside an ongoing press office service for reactive media activity.
In the last 12 months we generated 95 pieces of coverage, including 71 national media articles with an average domain authority of 85. Interviews included Radio 5 Live, BBC South East and two appearances on ITV’s This Morning. 2016 coverage generated a total OTS of 1.158B and more than 67.6k social shares.
