Sick! Festival: Establishing an audience and generating national Sick! conversations
SICK! is a new art and cultural festival which confronts the physical, mental and social challenges of life and death with live performances, dance, installation, film and debates across Brighton. We have been tasked with delivering a local broadcast and national print and online PR campaign across various sectors to reach and inform a large and diverse audience.
Working with Sick! from the onset, we were responsible for building awareness and excitement around the event. We also provided strategic direction by helping to shape and deliver consistent festival messaging in all news releases, features and interviews.
Over the course of one month, we achieved a total of 14 local broadcast and national articles in print, online, radio and TV channels, which generated a reach of over 89 million worldwide. National coverage included The Guardian, The Guardian Guide, The i paper and Red magazine.
